you have been working = Você ou vocês tem estado trabalhando. (você tem trabalhado)
he has been strolling = Ele tem tem estado passeando (ele tem passeado)
she has been dreaming = Ela tem estado sonhando. (ela tem sonhado)
it has been said = Isto tem sido dito
we have been suffering = Nós temos estado sofrendo (nós temos sofrido)

PAST PERFECT CONTINUOUS - I had been working really hard by the time I was promoted.
